Description
This is my light up Galileo thermometer table, in which i have installed multiple LEDs... a white LED ARRAY as well as a multi-coloured slow colour changing LED to light the thermometer. this table sure brings a lot of tranquility into my home and it also makes a pretty cool light!
there are 2 other lamps placed under the glass top for additional or alternative lighting.

it is a normal galileo thermometer and the bulbs do change position with the temperature. it looks really cool in the colour changing mode when the different colours of light react with the different colours of the bulbs to create even more colour combinations! quasi
If the bulbs could be lensed somehow, so that one bulb would bend the light and make it transmit out to the right, another to the left, another straight up...as the bulbs rise and fall it would change the lighting effect. LED Head

How do you charge the bulbs? They are suspended in a liquid with no connection to the outside. Are they rechargeable or is the liquid charged? howman
the bulbs in the thermometer are just full of different colour liquid. they change position with changes in temperature. the lighting is done from the bottom up so it\'s easy to change if it ever breaks in my lifetime. quasi
Oh I see, the individual bulbs are not actually lights... they are just lit up like a lava lamp from the bottom... how will you get away from heating the liquid with your light? Every light, even LED\'s give off heat. howman
