big enougth to do your work and the right color to your musik or feelings. It has a size of 160x140x80cm for me the right size and the cable channels helps you to fight the chaos on your desk. I desigend the desk and the lamp as one part.
The prototye use 16 1W leds as standard desk lamp they are mountet inside a 25mm square aluminium tube.
The color lights are some cold cathode lights for the desk an the moodlight at the ceiling, my first idea was usig RGB LED but it was a little over my budget.. so I used the cheap ccfls. The lightnig disc in the middle of the top is only a gadget (and a must have for every startrek fan). At my prototype the lights are changed with normal switches one for every single color red greend and blue, but I\'m working on an more appropriate solution to controll the lights with my PC.
