Suspension light fixture with LED light sources for general ambient and atmosphere illumination. Removable conical light shades conceal white and RGB LED devices. LEDs in the down position provide ambient illumination while the RGB LEDs illuminate the shade top ellipse apertures for atmosphere.

Could be located in multiples or single unit in restaurants, bars, club, etc. RGB LEDs could be controlled per fixture or in multiples. I can envision the light fixture in a restaurant setting where the managers have control over the RGB LED colors to use as soft indicators for the restaurant serving staff of specific tables needs.
