A variant of this could be the one which glows when the person wearing it had drunk.It would detect the brain waves and glow various colors depending upon the level to which he/she had drunk.This could be used during parties.It could of great fun at the parties to see the heads glowing. pavithrabvs

Laughing Lights
Description
Laughing lights detects the laughing sounds of humans and according to the pitch of the sound the color of led varies from low pitch to high pitch. Now one can laugh along with the light which glows in various colors. By this it helps to reduce the stress and improve health in many ways. It also serves as a best entertainer as one who makes the led corresponding to highest pitch would be the winner. It would create a lot of fun at the same time our health is also improved.

I am not sure how you can isolate laughter from other noises, each person laughs slightly different and with tonality and pitch and so on, I wonder if with our technology this would be possible. I bet the software algorithm to do this would be interesting. LED Head
I was wodering about that too... It was brought up else where that pulling the high pitch out and reading it correctly would be difficult... I think it may have been LED Head who stated that I may be very happy and squeaking or very mad and squeaking and it would be difficult for the device to differentiate between the two without some other measurement or a frame of reference... howman
