Nice idea. I think the use of public space for personal enjoyment is so important to community and not enough people do it. Perhaps with some form of light they would interact more with each other. I would look at this as a children\'s toy and make it very soft and indestructible. Perhaps if you make it a frisbee and make it float and change colour, it could charge itself through being tossed around during play and when not being used for play in the water it glows and changes colour. This way you get two uses out of it... fun and mood lighting... well fun, fun and mood lighting as while it is in the water and you are playing around it, it reacts to the wave motion. howman

@howman-quick reaction from you, thx..I´m not sure about frisbee´s symmetry weight after installing energy cells with lights into the circle, and I think the phosphorescent frisbee exists already on the stores. Why don´t you do that? :) durica

@durica - The weight can be balanced no problem... and yes, they do have frisbee\'s that have lights on them, but to combine them with motion sensors and have them change colour based on motion is new... I would do it, but none of my ideas are products... howman

With a large enough flat surface, you could use solar cells and make it recharge by using the sunlight. LED Head

In fact large enough you could add a water fountain...or better yet, little water cannons and if someone walks by wearing a LED mood bracelet and it is red for angry, the water cannon could squirt them! LED Head

LED\\\'s light impacted with the mood of animals sounds like a tamagotchi, but may be good in the contact with aggressive dog, even though is late when I see that. I prefer human sense impression from a light. Have no idea how should animals respond to any coloured light, if exist any studies about this. durica

Emergency floaters could be good..I directed the idea to the emotions from relax to relax, not from danger to save self. But I have nothing contrary to. durica

They don\'t have to be for emergency use, only for children to play around with... Granted they still have to pass some tests etc, but not too bad if they are toys for a pool or with supervision. howman

@LED Head, nice from you, but I think that special design gives you special effects. This one up is different like my, I think, it is how, I can say, that a white lampshade with black rings is similar like a red one with green squares..so I think..no. Things are not similar :) durica
