In my country we don´t have a sea or ocean haha. It´s just idea for fun :) and I know that children need the air-cushion from very early age (when mamas go to the pool with them) and in this early age the parents care about them also with the nonskid-mats in bath for better security. durica

Actually she may have two issues with this design. Made large enough into a solar pool cover, it could have some solar cells that charge a small battery pack. This could help heat the water as a solar cover and also be used to accent the pool when people were not swimming. Of course it still could be small enough to float on, and still have a solar cell. @LED Head-you move the function of the \"take away\" furthermore than I would. I think that when I want to heat the pool water, better it´s use the external solar cells which are independent of the pool action.And for second, pool cover is very impractical for daily use, becouse something makes it dirty always and it´s hard to preclude the water ditring when it´s removing. \"Take Away\" is only for personal body use. durica

@durica - there is something to your comment \'impractical for daily use\'... I think that sums up the bulk of time for any pool, not just the cover... If there was some way to make the pool useful outside of the couple hours a day, or week as the case may be, for which it is actually used, would be a great idea. howman

@howman-I´m hurry-scurry with my english from your last comment. So, when it´s air blow out, then it´s nonskid-bath-mat (with the suckers on the bottom surface) and you can use it for safe home bath. And when I´ll blow up it through the air valve, then I´ll get the inflatable air-cushion, which I take away out to the pool or the lake, there, where I want use it like any water air mattress. Just I don´t want make a pool cover from this, becouse I want see this under relaxing human body :) durica
